Friday Plated Dinner:
Creole Chicken: Served Cajun style with creole cream sauce. Accompanied by white rice and assortment of fresh seasonal vegetables.
Soup: Chicken & Sausage Gumbo
Salad: Strawberry spinach salad, feta, pecans & raspberry vinaigrette dressing
Dessert: Chocolate Mousse Cake
Chicken Marsala: Served with Pearl Onions, Mushrooms in a Marsala Wine Sauce. Accompanied by garlic mashed potatoes and assortment of fresh seasonal vegetables.
Soup: Chicken & Sausage Gumbo
Salad: Strawberry spinach salad, feta, pecans & raspberry vinaigrette dressing
Dessert: Chocolate Mousse Cake
Vegetarian: Pasta Primavera- Seasonal grilled vegetables served over penne pasta with garlic cream sauce.
